Phil White – Chairman

Phil was Chief Executive of the National Express Group for 10 years until 2006 where he grew the group into a major bus, coach and rail operator in the UK and also developed a large presence in North America and Spain, carrying more than one billion passengers worldwide.  

Phil is a chartered accountant and has spent most of his working life in Public Transport.  He He is also the Chairman of construction group, Kier Plc and the motor retailer Lookers Plc.
