Richard Smith - CFO

Richard Smith joined ACIS as Chief Financial Officer in March 2008.
 
Prior to joining ACIS he held senior financial positions at a number of businesses in the telecomms, technology and automotive sectors. During this time he spent 7 years with Vodafone where he helped grow its B2B business, as well as working with smaller privately owned / VC-backed businesses.
 
Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University and an MBA from Henley Management College.

His responsibilities include financial management and reporting, setting commercial policies, development of IT systems and infrastructure, purchasing and legal.
