Dan Sandhu – CEO

Dan has extensive experience in leading portfolios in business consulting, project, media and outsourcing businesses across Asia, Europe and the United States. He has been involved in a number of high growth companies both in the UK and Asia, as an investor as well as being instrumental in institutional fund raising rounds and managing stakeholder relationships while building the businesses.

Dan started his career with Coopers & Lybrand (later PwC) where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Based out of the UK, he also spent time in Hong Kong. He then moved to Mitsui Babcock in a commercial role overseeing significant capital projects as well as managing relationships with partners and financial institutions globally. 

Dan then was part of the founding team at 7C that led this startup outsourcing business to a 2,500 strong organization. After leading the financial and commercial functions in 7C, Dan was heavily involved in setting up operations across the UK, Italy and India.  In 2002, 7C was acquired by Vertex Group.

Dan moved to India as CEO and led the India business to a ten-fold growth and a team of more than 2,600 while developing a formidable leadership team in little over three years. He stepped into the role of Chairman in mid-2006. A Private Equity Consortium led by Oak Hill Capital acquired the Vertex Group in 2007.

Dan's has been actively involved in technology business in both advisory and investment capacities.

Dan's focus is on driving the ACIS business forward to cement its position as an industry leader for location based intelligence solutions.
