We currently are working with over 40 local authorities and six of the seven Passenger Transport Executives (PTEs) within the UK, supplying bus and coach information systems. In addition we have over 60 operational bus station and interchange terminal schemes as well as solutions in 15 regional international airports.
In supporting the development of sustainable new townships, ACIS is leading the way in providing integrated in-home intelligence to residents. In addition to this, we have significant international operations in Europe, Middle East and implementations underway in North America.
Our commitment to delivering and investing in market leading solutions won us the prestigious UK Queen's Award for Enterprise as well as the Bus Industry Award for Innovation for the intelligent bus priority system. We have also won the Secretary General Award for outstanding achievement in the field of travel information, awarded in Gothenburg.
ACIS is a lead player in the Real Time Information Group (RTIG), and the European CEN groups deciding on standardisation issues. ACIS is the first supplier to implement RTIG Bus Priority, RTIG at stop cleardown and RTIG Server to Server applications for linking two different RTPI systems.
