System Monitoring
ACIS System Monitoring application provides RTPI system owners with reports and alerts regarding various parts of an installed RTPI platform.
The tool detects faults and status via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in vehicles, displays, predictions, drivers, journeys, and communications, and produces an overall figure of faults and status. The comprehensive server and application monitoring tool monitors, in real time, all relevant servers, the applications running on them and activity on live feeds including Server-to-Server SIRI feeds.
Creating reports on a daily and weekly basis, the System Monitoring application can monitor the following:
- Electronic Ticket Machine (ETM) links
- ETM Service Data
- GPS coverage
- Updates
- Panic Flags
- Display Status
- PMR Base Station Performance
- Network Links
- Server Performance
- Applications Performance
System Monitoring can detect power failures and provide online status via a standard web browser.
The viewable information includes the actual display, the status of the display software, any current messages and the number of local clear down messages received. It is also possible to make both audio and visual announcements through this interface.
